Prayer Tracker automatically counts your rak'ahs and sajdahs while you pray, using your phone's front camera to detect the light drop when you go into prostration.

Sajdahs aren't being detected.
Open Settings and raise the Light Sensitivity slider. Also make sure the phone is placed flat, facing up, roughly where your face and knees rest during sujood, and out of direct sunlight or window glare if possible.
It's counting extra sajdahs.
Lower the Light Sensitivity slider in Settings — it's likely picking up small brightness changes that aren't real sajdahs.
The prayer name or rak'ah count is wrong.
Prayer Tracker calculates prayer times from your device's location. Make sure Location access is allowed, and check the Sunnah rak'ah settings for each prayer — they're 0 by default and control how before/after sessions are labeled and counted.
Calibrating never finishes.
The camera needs a moment to read a stable baseline brightness before it starts detecting. This can't complete without a working front camera feed — it won't finish in the iOS Simulator, only on a real device.
